Do you want to start your own Team/Squad? Training for a specific event? Sydney Swimmers offer the best programs for groups – no matter what event you are training for our Coaches have helped individuals and groups tackle Rottnest, The English Channel, Palm Beach to Whale, Bondi to Coogee and many more! 

Gather a group of 10 or more friends; we will schedule a session at a time and pool of your choosing! Why not join a program with you and your friends?

We will develop a group-specific program with a mixture of sessions to help your group smash their goal!

Encouraging employees to engage in physical exercise can prove to be difficult, due to many different factors; age, gender or level of fitness. Swimming is one of the lowest impact sports out there meaning all your staff can get involved and enjoy the health benefits of it. 
*If any of your staff cannot swim, swimming lessons can be organised as supplementary for people who are interested.

There are a number of corporate programs all across Sydney, none of which focus on swimming. This can be a real shame for employees that are restricted from contact sports due to physical requirements, injuries and age. Swimming gives everyone an equal opportunity to participate in programs and compete without putting undue stress on the body.
