Welcome to Swim Training. At Sydney Swimmers we train all year round. Training in the pool gives you the basis for all swimming whether it be Masters Swimming, Ocean Swimming or Triathlon Swimming. Our swim programs will help you meet your swimming goals. Options are available for beginners through to advanced swimmers. Each swim session includes a stretching and core strength component followed by lap swimming to improve your cardio-vacular, endurance and stroke develoment.
We encourage you to come and try a free session with us to see how much fun our squad sessions are. At squad sesssions you’ll meet lots of people who are similar to you, wanting to have fun enjoying swimming as a great way to stay healthy and fit. Our qualified squad coaches are swimmers too! Head Pool Coach Paul Myatt is a Masters Swimmer as well as regular competitor in Ocean Swims and Triathlon. Expert multi-sport coach, Jake Brindle is also available to provide you with a personal training program.

Head Swim Coach Paul Myatt has been a swimming instructor & teacher for many years. His background is in education so he will really be able to assist you in developing your swimming skills. He has taught hundreds of adults to swim so they can become confident and competent in the ocean, surf or pool.
Paul is known for his gentle and caring personality but he makes all his athletes put in the work. He's coached everyone from beginner to world champion.
Jake Brindle has an immense passion for endurance based multi sport coaching. He integrates over twenty five years of competitive experience with formal education in Physiology, science, biomechanics and sport psychology (mental strengthening) all put together with a holistic approach. Jake's recent relocation to Sydney to work with TS-Multisport is one we are extremely excited about.
Swimming sensation Coach Sarah works miracles in her Superfish Coaching sessions. Sydney Swimmers is proud to work in conjunction with Sarah to assist and help swimmers improve their stroke.
Sarah offers two sessions per week on Monday & Wednesday evenings at Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre (ITAC). All Stroke Improvement sessions are busy, so you'll need to email and book your place in advance. Book here -->
Swimming Camps & Holidays - here's Coach Paul on a Stand Up Paddle Board on Anse Vata Bay in Nouméa. Coach won't let us put up the next picture! The Nouméa Swim & Multisport Camp is on 3-11 October 2015. Other Swimming Camps include: Byron Bay 1-3 May and Burleigh Heads 23-25 October. More info...
